Let's see your beneficial creepy crawlies

I released a metric ton of lady bugs this spring, some mantids, and beneficial nematodes, to help with the bad bad tick and Japanese beetle (larvae) problem around here, well it all worked beautifully, the ladies and the mantids moved on the buggier pastures, but I have been seeing more and more spiders, bees and wasps as of late. Here is a picture of a female arrow spider hanging out in my tomato patch. I'm always happy to see good bugs, I'll let her hang out there as long as she wants.

What do you have crawling around your garden?
