Wolf gas range GR304 problem with burner valve and gas pressure

I purchased a Wolf GR304 gas range a year ago and have been having problems with one of the burners. The flame height drops to low when i turn it on and try to set it to a medium height. The big red knob moves on its own, and i have no control over the flame height. After a few tries, i can set the height to medium. I have had the valve replaced twice with no improvement. Currently, it has been discovered that the gas pressure into the stove from my house line is less than Wolf's required 7 water column pressure. Since the local gas company delivers 6.5 water column pressure for residential hookups, i am wondering how other Wolf ranges in my area are able to function correctly . Is the reduced pressure causing the valve to malfunction? Is anyone else experiencing a similar problem?
