Windows 7 comes in four versions - Starter, Home Premium, Professional, and Ultimate. Each of those four versions have different features included. SP refers to Service Pack, which is a major update for Windows (and other software including Microsoft Office). Those updates may include performance and security improvements, support for new hardware, and in some cases new features. So you have Windows 7 Starter Edition with Service Pack 1. For Windows 7, SP1 is the only service pack released so far.

I'm not going to follow the link because I already have Ccleaner. Piriform usually uses Filehippo, does that sound familiar? If so, are you reasonably sure you used the right download link? I ask because whenever Ccleaner updates to a new version, their internal servers outsource downloads to Filehippo, and I find Filehippo to be confusing and way overloaded with PUP's (Potentially Unwanted Programs.) I always get Ccleaner on new installs from Cnet's Download.com. So, now you aren't sure what you have. If you followed through on the install, it should have installed an icon to your desktop. You said you have XP. I would first go to Start>Programs. Look for Ccleaner. If you don't see it, and assuming you downloaded the correct program, then it's possible you didn't actually install it. Go to Start>Set Program Access and Defaults>Change or Remove Programs. When the list populates, look for Ccleaner. If you have it, then post again. If you don't you'll need to find your 'Downloads' folder. That is where most browsers will have stored the installation file. Ccleaner is titled... ccsetupxxx. You'll probably find your 'Downloads' folder in 'Documents and settings' or 'My Documents'. If you didn't actually download the Ccleaner install file, and instead were saddled with one of Filehippo's ads, then that's a horse of a different color.
