Sink cutout all wrong. Now what?

Well our countertop install was today. Unfortunately most of the pieces were cut wrong. Some will be easy fixes, but the sink cutout might not be salvageable. I requested a 1/8 inch positive reveal. What I got was, on average, a 1/4 inch reveal. But that is just the start. The radius is on the corners are wrong. The front rail, which was supposed to be 4" is 3 3/4 on one end and 3 1/2 on the other. It's also wavy. They want to send someone out to fix it in the field, but that is going to leave me with a 3/8 inch reveal and a maximum of a 3 1/2 inch front rail.

Is this an industry standard acceptable level of variance?
