Replace or re-install old toilet? Cross post to bathrooms

We will be removing our 19 yr old toilet to install 3/4"maple hardwood in the powder room. The new floor, will go,over the subfloor, no additional layers of flooring. It is a Sterling 1.6 gpm. It seems to be fine, although maybe a little louder and runs longer than some I have recently seen that are newer.

Is there any reason we should replace it? Do toilets "fail" as they age, potentially causing a leak? This is the time to do a replacement if I am going to. I do not want to spend a lot for an amazing one. We will likely buy off the shelf at Depot or Lowes. Suggestions?

On the same line, what should be on my shopping list for replacing or re-installing? We did this once before and I don't recall any problems but best to ask experienced people.
