My next project: pick one or all - replace all bushes they are overgrown from the '70s, start growing hops, get horse stable leavings from across the street for the garden, build digital model railroad controls with microcomputers, scrape popcorn ceiling, sheetrock the living room extension, salvage the external siding from inside the living room and use outside, grout the new tile bath surround - oh yeah - add 12 inches insulation to attic, add vinyl trim to eaves.
