Fungus among us--help for grapes, plums and cherries

It has been a wet year, but it's quite disappointing to lose my grapes AGAIN to black rot. I have had these vines 3 years and yet to eat a single grape. The past 2 years I have removed over a bushel of unripe fruit from the 3 Concords and taken it to the dump. This year I have been using immunox but apparently that wasn't good enough. I ordered Mancozeb but by the time I received it it seemed only about 60 days to harvest so I only applied it once, Next year I will begin as soon as the shoots appear in early spring.

I lost all my sweet cherries to fungus also. What is best to use on them and how often must they be sprayed? Every 2 weeks starting at budding?

Now my two plums also have something fungal going on. I have had trouble-free abundant harvests from them before but this year I am afraid I will lose most or all of the fruit. What should I try at this late juncture?

Thanks for any advice.
