Hooray, Gloria, I knew you could do it. Now, how to use it? My favorite way is with some fresh fruit, a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of granola, kind of a yogurt parfait for breakfast. I also use it on baked potatoes and in baked goods in place of sour cream, I make a honey/mustard/yogurt salad dressing, no measurements just some of each to taste. My girls both like it in smoothies, about a cup of frozen fruit like blueberries or strawberries, a cup of yogurt, blend it. Add a little sweetener if you like. I've heard that yogurt is good for acne, use a teaspoon full in place of face cream at night, but I've not tried it. (grin) I add it to bread, cakes, etc., in place of some of the liquid and I just eat it. Oh, and you can make yogurt "cheese" too, just put it in a sieve lined with cheesecloth and let it drain for several hours and you'll have a thick yogurt cheese that you can use as the basis for a dip or a spread.
