I finally remade yogurt--successfully!! I had not kept it warm enough while incubating. Apparently, the first time I was just lucky. Anyway, I had two quarts of yogurt this morning and plan on making two more quarts tonight.

Now, does anyone have ideas what to do with it? One thing I have found that is delicious--add 1 tsp. real vanilla and some brown sugar splenda to a cup of yogurt.

I really would like to make it a part of my diet, both as dessert, snacks and in savory cooking.
