I purchased 3 new hanging feeders after the squirrel destroyed a big, nice plastic one. This ones a fly thru. Yes, all the new ones are metal. :0) A pair of grosbeaks and a male house finch in the distance.

Nicole, I bought this feeder for our pair of cardinals and thought it would deter the squirrels--uh, no. I guess she shinnies up the skinny pole because all other objects in the photo are too far away for her to climb on and jump. (I'm guessing it's a female, because she is a big squirrel.)

marcia...lol I don't mind feeding the squirrels, raccoons or skunks....yes they come at night. I take the feeders in at night, they eat off what's spilled on the ground ....but they shouldn't "destroy" the feeder so it can no longer be used. :0)

Too funny! I see a guy with a flat-top head and great big mustache... he's twirling his mustache with his left hand and flipping somebody the bird with his right. :O)
