Hydrangea Topiary leaves turning purple/red and flowers wilting (pics)

I have a potted hydrangea topiary tree and usually leave it inside my home in an area that gets sun from about 12 noon-5pm.

I water it regularly with about 3-4 cups of water a day. My instructions for the plant said to fertilize it once a month so I bought the Miracle Gro Miracid fertilizer and used 1 small scoop and added it to the water 2 days ago. My leaves are now turning reddish brown and my flowers are wilting what do I need to do to fix this? I am inexperienced at plant care and this was an expensive plant. I appreciate the help.

Thank You!
