New to vegetable gardening. Questions about spacing as now sprouting.

So, I'm not new to gardening, but new to growing vegetables/fruits. I built a nice sized raise bed and have quite a few herbs and vegetables planted. A mix of established plants (tomatoes, cucumbers, cauliflower, & various herbs), bulbs (potatoes, strawberries, & shallots), and seeds (carrots, kale, & romanesco broccoli). I am very new to seeds and found the packets lacking in instructions for a newbie. I made some shallow rows for the seeds and lightly sprinkled them in the rows. Each of the three vegetables seed varieties I planted are starting to sprout. But, I'm afraid I might have put too many seeds in the rows (see attached pictures). The first picture is kale, second is the broccoli, and last is the carrots. What would be a good next step? Thanks.
