How much fertilizer for potted blueberry plants?

I bought a bag of blueberry fertilizer, but I don't know exactly how much fertilizer I need to add to each of my potted blueberry plants. On the bag, it is stated:

"Blueberry, hydrangeas, spruce trees and acid loving plants: Plantation: In early spring, incorporate fertilizer to soil around trees and shrubs, at a rate of 115g (1/4 lb) per metre (3.2 ft) of plant height."

"Grouped plants and hedges: In early spring: Incorporate 1 kg (2.2lb) of fertilizer into the soil per 30m (98 ft) of row or 10 m^2 (/107 ft^2) of surface."

My pots are around 30 or 45 cm in diameter. Can you simplify the issue and tell me how many tbsp/tsps I should add to each container?
