Help with baked eggs and a new oven

Hi - we recently got a new oven (Thermador) and my husband's favorite breakfast casserole no longer cooks properly! The casserole is frozen hash browns on the bottom, topped with already cooked sausage, cheese and then eggs cracked on top. We are finding that the egg whites are consistently undercooked/runny, and the yolks are overcooked and hard. It used to cook perfectly in our old magic chef lower performance oven - the whites hardened and the yolks stayed runny. Any suggestions? He's cooking it for 20 min at 425.
