What's for Dinner, Wednesday?

I marinated a couple of boneless chicken breasts in some olive oil, dijon mustard, minced garlic and lemon zest. Then sauteed them in the cast iron skillet. Heated the sweet and white potatoes that I made last nite and some coleslaw. That is a delicious way to do the chicken. Marinating really makes them nice. Last time we had them I roasted them in the oven alongside some asparagus.
