Oh-oh! Not good Ms G! Sometimes sprains can be bad. I know DS rolled his ATV, sprained in his collar bone/shoulder area. Doc said would have been better if he'd broke it. lol

Oh no Glenda, whoever it is that was injured, I hope it's not serious. Nodakgal, my daughter rolled her ankle playing volleyball in high school. Then someone fell on it! It was a severe sprain, we were also told by the doctor that a clean break would have been better. Crazy huh?

She will explain when she gets the chance. I just know it's not broken or sprained. Relax everyone.

Glad to hear you are healing. We are going through lots of bone problems with my sister. I cannot believe what has happened to her the last many years.

Arthritis is not fun to deal with & can be very painful. Glad nothing is broken or sprained. Take it easy.

I had the same trouble with my knee last year, I could hardly walk. They said it was arthritis from the xray they took. I haven't had that problem in a long time. Hope you get to feeling better soon.

My father was terribly crippled from severe RA. He had a very noticeable, bad limp, big knots on his elbows and knees, and his hands were just twisted. He was in constant pain. I feel for anyone who has to deal with arthritis. Hope you feel better very soon Glenda. (and Moni and JoAnn and anyone one else who had to cope)

Thanks everyone! I have to start limiiting the foods I eat. Eat at home more, instead of cafeteria, meat and one or two foods. leave off red meat.

Been at the mercy of dear friend since Sunday, but I'm gonna hobble around and try to do some food shopping in for my place, today.

Hop aboard one of those little electric carts, Glenda. I use one on the days when my body isn't cooperating. You'll still have to get up to reach some things, but you won't have to stress your foot.

Feel better soon Glenda. Americans eat way too much red meat. In other countries, meat is an embelishment to the noodles, rice, etc. You will soon adapt to your new way of eating.

I'm not a rice or noodle eater, Linda, and never have been. Guess that's what got me in trouble cause I'm a meat eater :o( Yep, gotta change my style or eating.

Glenda take advantage of the electric cart if you do wal mart....that way you can go up and down the food isles, take the pressure off your foot, and explore new foods! lol...wonder if your pool classes will help?
