Good filler flowers for Rose Bouquets-Hot Humid FL

What are some good bouquet filler flowers that I can grow in hot humid FL?

I usually grow tropicals and not so much into the cutting garden type flowers. I do have Black and blue Salvia and a red Salvia. The Salvia seem to do well here. I also have some different 'jasmines' like Stephanotis, Cestrum nocturnum, pink jasmine etc. that would be okay for 'filler flowers'. I have pineapple sage that might look okay too with its little red flowers. I also have cosmos (orange and pink). I guess I could use ginger flowers once they start to bloom (mid summer). I'm trying to get some ideas.

What else will grow fast and do well here?

I am hoping to make lots of rose bouquets this year.

Also, I would love to see anyone's bouquet pics if they want to post them :)
