Replacing dimmer switch: different wire colors on new switch

My DR lights, which are controlled from two switches, aren't working. I've replaced the non-dimming switch with no luck, so I figure it's time to replace the dimmer. I'm good at matching colors, but not much else. The dimmer I picked up has four wires...two red, a black, and a green. Turns out that the dimmer I want to replace has two blacks, one red, and one green. Each wire from the existing switch is connected to another via wire nut, as follows:

black connected to another black

black connected to a pinkish purple (not red)

red connected to a black

green connected to bare copper

I'm pretty sure the green on the new switch replaces the existing green. Beyond that, any suggestions on what to connect where?

Thanks!
