I thought I'd start a new fall harvest photo post...
Comments (4)Yeah I still have some stink bugs bigdaddyj, but not nearly as many as before. They always come when the weather gets hot around here. It has begun cooling off some now and I am hoping that helps get rid of the rest of them. On the seeds, no I think that I picked that one before it reached the "breaker stage", it has not turned any and is still hard as a rock. The stink bugs won't even bother it. Glad to hear that yours are cranking em out. This looks like it will be a good fall, perhaps. Bill P....See Morethought i'd post an update
Comments (63)How did I miss this? Kate your kitchen is TDF! Just beautiful. I totally empathize as we are into our eighth month and have several more to go. I don't know which is worse: dealing with contractors and tradespeople who don't meet expectations, or having your own dear spouse doing everything (which is what we're doing) -- so there's only so much one person can do every day and still stay sane. But I do know from prior experience (bathrooms) that the pain is forgotten once everything is completed. Your kitchen is going to be such a joy. Just try to imagine the sun shining (it's spring? summer?) and all the people you love standing around that gorgeous island, celebrating with you. Hold that thought!!!!!...See MoreCL Post - I thought I had seen everything
Comments (16)I'm surprised at your reactions to this as exam tables and general business furnishings are commonly sold on CL. Currently in the Portland OR and Seattle areas, CL here has close to 10 postings for exam tables (and some include the gyn app)....not that I'm in the market. :) I have looked recently for office furnishings though and knew that if business office furniture was common, medical must be as well, so I checked just now. As for the Ewww factor, doctors always use disposable covers on them, disinfect regularly, and frankly, when we're examined, they don't buy a new table for each of us, so just keep that in mind. :) I think when you consider it that way, it's really not a strange thing to realize that one office might sell used items. Am I being naive here?...See MoreI'm sorry, thought I posted this--
