Thank you so much, Susan! Sounds like it's either a Brilliant Pink iceberg, or a Pink iceberg. I've seen both at a local nursery without any faded flowers in Sunnyvale (where I live), was just visiting Roseville. I'm a newbie when it comes to roses, and haven't seen such density of flowers in a rose bush (as in the pictures I took). I thought I'd try to contact the property manager of this shopping center and see if their landscaper could identify the rose, but they don't respond unless you are store owner in that shopping center :(
