replacing a wide 62x37 2nd floor window - furniture through it?

Hello experts,

We have a two story rancher, and our 2nd floor is accessible only via an interior spiral staircase. We're insulating the 2nd floor which has 2 rooms and a full bath, as future guest and kid space. The insulation people say we should replace the bedroom window prior to the insulation work for best results.

The bedroom window is 62" wide by 37" tall, and is currently an old single pane slider. Because of the spiral staircase issue, we're thinking we want to have this window serve as an option for moving furniture (e.g. mattress) up to the 2nd floor.

What are my options for replacement window that will either open really wide, or be removable on an irregular basis so that we can get furnishings up through that opening? Casements always have a middle stile, right?

thanks for any great ideas!
