New computer

I hav been working with Winchester and Corinne on a multidude of problems.

After getting rid of 2 Trojans ; working with Comcast problems with outlook email the consensus is the hard drive is dying.as. The last blow. Tonight it looks dead.i will check in morning. don't know the consequences of my iOS products when the PC goes down.

I have left an iPad and iPhone. The consequences of the P C's death on these two iOS components will be interesting. I have read through your debate about getting windows eight or skipping it. If January is the date that Win 10 comes out. I think I can wait.

I want a new computer. It must be compatible with Outlook. Which outlook I don't know. I use it for emails and calendars. I use color coding a lot to help me. After many years of coming back to life after being beaten up by five thugs there are more problems than just losing a lung, femur and the right to walk like other people people. I also had a nasty cancer and am now in the second stages of being face blind - neurological problem. Really should look it up if interested. It is not apparent that I have this affliction at first. But I recognize fewer friends and acquaintances. I say hello to everyone as a fix. Being unable to fix things like I did in the simple old days I couldn't remember computer fixes and terminology. I felt dense and laughed at as well on the admin's last nerve though she was wonderful.I am good enough in all areas but Face Blindness. It affects more than seeing people. Now. So, I want a hearty outlook program to sync with Pc and iPhone and iPad. I got taken advantage by last PC bought at BB 41/2 years ago and as new revelations come out think it is a refurbished Asus I was sold.

I don't want cheap. I have heard Microsoft and 365 are good. I am open to Macs @ $ 1200.

Is this a good time to buy? Good inventory gone ? Great sales on bad products?

I cannot buy new hard drive because the extra Usb buttons are shot. I have read there are USB 3 that are being used. Is Dell a leader?

This will probably be my last PC. I know this question comes up many times and is boring. I only ask that if I have come to this forum at a time when people are buying new computers and are happy with them then please note which ones they are. Thanks.
