Straw - That's incredible about your own root Evelyn giving you SO many blooms!! My goodness!!! It sounds like most Austins do better grafted? Oh, that's interesting about Graham Thomas offspring doing well as own root. Gosh, I love your Evelyn, especially in the vase!! Those colors you chose are so beautiful together. Have I asked you how your La Reine does? I can't remember if I did? Mine is in its 2nd year, and it's had about 4 blooms this year. I'll keep it for another year and hope it improves. I wish I could smell the fragrance. Evelyn's fragrance sounds wonderful, and it really helps you with your food temptations. :) I would have a very hard time not having sweet things. Yes, you've avoided diabetes, unlike your family. That's hard to do and pretty amazing!! Those blooms are soooo gorgeous!!!! I love everything about your AD and Evelyn blooms. :) :) These are the own root roses I got last year. Most of them died overwinter in the garage: Free Spirit (died), Lady Capri (died), Anuschka (lived), Chippendale (died), Deep Secret (died), Desiree (died), Eisvogel (lived, and I love it!!!), Stiletto (died), La Reine (lived, and hasn't bloomed much), Kaffe Fassett (died), Blue Moonstone (died), Souer Emmanuelle (died), Mme Dubost (died), Peter Mayle (died), Rose Rhapsody (lives, but pm), Well Being (died), and Amazing Grace (died). Well, that was depressing. Sheesh. I think I didn't water them enough in the garage. Anuschka has a wonderful fragrance, but only had one blooming period. So I can't remember what the fragrance was like. Bloomed in July Eisvogel is one that is always fragrant. I love this one. It blooms on the end of long canes that are held gently upright (not stiff). Eisvogel...this is just one of the canes flowering. They last for a very long time. The scent is strongly rosy. I always want to have this rose. It's very healthy, too. In my opinion, the branch in the pot on the floor is too short and too wide for this location. I don’t think you need anything else on the right side; what you have looks nice except I’d push it away from the edge a bit. Looks like it’s about to fall off.

If you look on ebay there are some VERY similar vases, tho you don't say how large yours are. I would look at the similar ones and compare the signage/signatures...maybe you'll find something that way.

IDK… why would one want a vase up in the air attached to the side of a cabinet? And put holes in a nice piece of custom cabinetry? A pretty vase can be seen and appreciated on a horizontal surface like a countertop, whereas in the TP holder the vase itself is obscured and the flowers are above your sightline. To me this sounds a bit like the tail wagging the dog 🤷‍♀️
