Very pretty. We had a lovely vase of roses in the office reception this week, the perfume was heavenly, so you must be enjoying your garden.

Very pretty roses, I have chatruse de parfume planted this year and has an amazing lot of flowers too.

Yeah...it was expensive for all of them. But I got the sapodilla from them since PIN couldn't ship them out until a few weeks later and i think they just grafted it not too long. And Top said theirs were fruiting in pots so I got excited and purchased that. Then you get the 5% plus 10% off for the second order over $100. And then their lychees are blooming/fruit size so I got to get it from them since it might take longer from PIN. Well, next time i will order from PIN. I think I still want more....LOL. Better save up my money now....LOL

She did have a ton of hair...looks like she's losing it. Well if she anything like the rest of the kids she'll have thick hair before you know it. I don't get to see her as much as the other two. I get so tickled with Lilah...when she see's me she comes running with her little chubby hands opening and shutting up in the air....She loves me...what can I say....lol I hope Amara gets to know me like that. I'll have to start inviting them over for eats... They all show up for free eats...lol patti

Ohhhhh I love that one too Lyd! I remembered the one in your bedroom and really liked that one also! (you should post a pic of it) I have an old 6 pane window in our bedroom,no glass, no paint and weathered, that just has greenery and fake peach roses twined around it. I have been thinking of this old window in the garage since I painted the kitchen and just didn't know what to do with it. I just did a search for "coffee shop signs" and got some ideas, now *IF* I can find things to do it with is another story....got to keep my eyes peeled.

Moni, everything you do looks good. Which reminds me, it must be time for you to post more pics of your gorgeous grandchildren. Susanjf, thanks for pointing out the pyramid corners. I love mission furniture, but hadn't made the connection. Now I know why I was drawn to the footstool. Jasdip, my furniture improvement efforts have been spotty at best--but I keep trying! Nicole, your mission (even if you don't choose to accept it) is to create a little rug for your master bath (and post pictures of course). Thanks, everyone!

I am totally amazed at the perfume of CDP.I hope the plant produces lots of blooms.The petals feel like velvet.

They are so beautiful Michelle, and they all go well together in the vase.
I really like the two pink bottom ones, they look so delicate on the plate.
Nothing better than going out into the garden and picking a bunch for the house is there.
I must pick a new bunch tomorrow myself seeing the petals are starting to drop.

Yes I receive a lot of pleasure collecting blooms for the house.
Sometimes I have a number of vases located around the house at any given time.I love it.I know people who hate cutting off the flowers and leave the blooms on the plant, but I think its such a waste to let the flowers fall to the ground.
Sure- you cant collect them all but its wonderful to have them in the house.

I am really looking forward to the day when I can pick a bunch of roses like yours, that is to dream about.
At the moment I leave them on the bush as there are not many of them and they look great out there.

I am sure we all enjoy our roses all different ways.
They will grow and Im sure you will have lots to bring in.
I only started with roses 4 years ago....so there is hope for everyone:)) !!

They look lovely Michelle, I must admit I always hated picking them but this year I am doing the same as you & they will also grow more flowers quicker for having picked them

I am always thinking -leave them on the bush- they look great but then they get tatty and wind beaten.Although its nice to look at the garden when there are lots of blooms. If you do cut them off regularly the new blooms come back fast.
