Again nice ones Chas; you know if it wasn't for you and me and the occasional visit from inga in Canada (I think she's in Canada) it'd get a bit lonely in here. Amazing, you know, this site is open to all Aussie gardeners to post proud photos of their gardens, flowers and plants, and seems it's coming down to just you and me!

Yes Bill, we've had good rain right through
winter and spring and another lot coming over as from Friday.
I'm going to put a few tomatos in but will wait another month.
We miss the interesting posts and pictures .I only have 1 rose now while waiting for some cuttings I took from my old
plants.We used to especially like the rose pictures that we used to get from some wonderful rose lovers.

Yeah, be nice to see a few more now 'n again chas, though I'm finding 'photobucket' a bugger to work through now-a-days, seems they've stuffed that site a bit. Anyone else having the same problems?

It seems like you have to muck around a bit to get to your page. but after that it works as usual.It would be nice to be able to reduce the size of your pic so as to be suitable for this site,it isn't always easy so PhB seems the best option unless there is some other Photo hosting site that we could use.

Passing by, stopped to admire your photos. That's a yellow rose, bottom right? It's an especially pretty photos, that one.

Here's a photo of some more of my native hibiscus, as I have the option to post photos. (Which is odd, given that last time I opened a thread I could post only one photo per thread.) This is the native hibiscus, H. heterophyllus. The pinkish one is Abbey's Tangerine, and the yellow one is a seedling from it that has also had pink flowers on the same bush. The current crop is yellow. They're both prickly, though.

The flowers are actually Rananunculas ,very pretty and have lasted well this year.I don't know what the one orange one with yellow in the centre is.it came with the other bulbs.
the Hibiscus is a nice colour. We had a hibiscus(not native) for abt
40 years but it finally fell over!

It looks like it, although I can't see the foliage on your plant.

Of course I can see the leaves in your photo LOL (Brain decided to take a nano sleep.) I reckon it is Sparaxis tricolor.
