Ok, here is a follow up. I ran it 4 times for short periods with no issues. Today I go to really mow. I ran through the first tank of gas, and shut the mower down as it puttered from lack of fuel. I fill up the tank, and crank and crank, nothing...but fuel I smell. So I fouled it, I pull the plug and out comes fuel, not as bad as when it was locked up, but more then I though flooding would cause. So I drained the tank again, to make sure it wouldn't all spill out, and then I check the oil, and it's still just oil (thank God). Is it normal for it to spew out fuel when it is flooded (It seemed odd to me), or do I need to rebuild this carb? Orlando PS: I guess I need to put some fuel back in with no plug and let it sit, and see where it goes??

Just heard from Archy! Got the preliminary drawings for all 3 levels...here's the main level. I LOVE how he dealt with the entry/my office area/pantry. We were going round & round. I NEEDED better access to one freezer I access all the time & didn't want it in the pantry with the other one. My desk (to the right of the freezer) is in a perfect area - just the right location upon entering - just dump & dash :) Deal with later. We needed the entry to the greenhouse from there to give us 2 layers of entry to the deck because of heat loss & bears. Next to the entry closet will be bins & more storage for boots, outdoor gear, stuff like that. We'll have doors so it won't look messy. I heard the bells rings when I saw this so I'm pretty sure this is a go! So hard when you only have so much room to work with & a fierce winter climate that is working against you. :) Thanks for all your input & help.

I talked to Ashley and she puts the kids all over Facebook, so she doesn't have a problem with me posting pictures of the girls here, although I'm still a bit apprehensive about it. Anyway, I planned to bake bread, but Madi and Maci came to spend the night Wednesday night as their Mom was "on call" at the hospital and their Dad had mandatory SWAT training or some such thing. So, Madi wanted to bake a purple cake with pink frosting as a Valentine's present for her family. Pixistix' Hot Milk Cake became purple, and the buttercream frosting was definitely pink. I let her add the color, which may not have been my best idea ever, LOL. We used the little pans that my girls used to bake cakes when they were small, and it was funny to hear them "reminisce" about back when they were kids, since Amanda is 32 and Ashley is 25. Cool, Anglophilia. I didn't get a KD for my new kitchen because I (like you) didn't trust HD or other big boxes on doing it, and nor did I seem (as far as I know/knew) to have a KD in this area not associated with a line or so of products that I'd be forced into choosing from. Instead, I basically utilized the resources here at the Kitchen Forum to hone down some of my thought processes, and they helped me make a better kitchen than I would otherwise have created on my own. (Under counter drawers; ice, water, stone, fire; landing spot before fridge, induction range, a prep sink, even the brand of sink I went with... a few other things like the entry to the pantry...) Yes, I didn't take every bit of advice, but I certainly appreciated it all. If I knew of a reliable KD in my area who I knew up front (this is hard to determine...) wasn't promoting his or her own line, I may have considered. And again, as long as I have the choice to do certain specific elements to my own needs, after fully considering suggestions I will usually take, a KD could be very useful. EDIT: As of this date, are there things I wish I had done that I neglected? No. Well, discounting the things the GC didn't do that I requested, but I'm so done with 98% of the build (most right but ... ) that I no longer care about those little specific things... place for vertical pans... the amount of drawers vs cabs I originally specified... I gotta remain focused elsewhere.
