Lunada Bay glass tiles- defective or not?

We had Lunada Bay Sumi-e Ogari Silk glass tiles installed as our kitchen backsplash. They are paper-faced so it's not until after the tiles are set can you remove the paper to see the tiles. We discovered that nearly 40% of the tiles had scratches that give the appearance of lines running through the tile. The samples in the store did not look like this. When I contacted the store they said some imperfection is normal during their process, which is fine with me. But I don't think the tiles that I received are defective and should not look this bad. Brand new tiles that look all cracked up? What do I do? They are already installed. When I contacted Lunada Bay directly they said they can't talk to me that they only talk to the dealer. The dealer told me that Lunada Bay claims that it is grout haze. That I need to clean the tiles or buy a stain and stain the lines individually (and they are all different colors so would need multiple stains). I think that is outrageous. I think they aren't taking responsibility for selling me an inferior product. On their website and images I don't see all of this cracking. What do you think? Is this normal? Does it look bad? What can I do to get this problem fixed?
