Thanks guys! If you look closely, you can see Mr. Gnome riding his snail behind the lowest red daylily. It's hard to catch them with the camera, they are so shy. Here is some of the rest of me{{gwi:178900}} pond to look at.

Oh, my, the whole thing is even better than the little tidbit you posted yesterday! (I was posting at the same time, so I missed the most recent one. :D)

The scale just blows my mind! In the first pic, I could have sworn the bridge was bigger than it is in the 2nd pic. Then, the bench at the back by the "human" bridge makes everything look even smaller! It's so clever, and I love the way everything just fits together.

Then there's my question(s)...do you get in it for maintenance, and how? I do, but have to crawl off the deck or over the rocks..Do you have an easy way? Next pond I build may have a staircase :0)

Sheepco, I crawl all around it and when I do have to go in, I put garbage bags over my legs, holding them on with large rubber bands. I always forget something and stand in there hollering for someone. They pretend they don't hear me (husband and kids!) I even heard the phone ringing and ringing and they won't even answer that!

I love it! You are so creative. Everything just flows from one thing to another.

Beautiful!!! Great job!!! How many gals is your pond? How much of it is on the other side of the bridge? Can you give us a shot where we could see both sides of the bridge? I just love it! Thanks for sharing!

Beautiful and creative. Beware the troll that lives under the bridge:-) He and the gnome are buddies! Lovely plantings - looks natural and will even more once the plants grow more. I see the fish have a favorite spot - by the bridge waiting for snacks I bet.

Too funny - once you get in the pond and hollar out for things forgotten. That happens to me too! It is strange , sometimes regional, phenomenon - a woman gets in the pond and all men within eye shot go deaf:-)

Did you notice that in the 1st picture the rock looks like a wolf or bear head (I'd say spirit really) looking at the bridge? I see his nose, eyes and ears...

I love things like that, now every time I look at the photo I see a wolf.

We have a rock that looks just like a frog. see the frog?
I took the photo from the back, and you can see the leg and the round bumps for the eyes, see it?

I see your froggy turned sideways, Joann, facing right. Is that correct? It would make his eyes VERY high up, but I see one of his little legs at rest. He definitely looks like a guardian. LOL Nice lips, little fella!

yes, he's facing right with his head tilted down on the right, which would make the back of his left eye up higher than his right eye. In person he looks more like a frog, than in the photo...LOL
We also have a rock that looks like an alligator....we call it the alligator rock...ha ha

Brenda is seeing it at the same angle I am, I see the eyes where she colored them, and the nose is the "hang over" bit, and 1 of the ears is the little "kink" near the long leaved plant.
