I am a Lucky Girl!!

I got a beautiful burgandy colored COACH purse from my older DD and her BF:) it is called a Hobo style it is made with this pebble soft leather:) I am so loving it:) I was so shocked :)

I also got 2 Nordstroms gift cards totalling $150~~WOW~~enough for a nice pair of Dansko clogs or maybe two pair of something else:) Also another $100 to another fav store of mine:) With the sales I can get alot for that amount! A cute tea set from my younger DD and my DS got me an under the counter CD/radio player.

I feel so lucky and loved:) The fact that they know just what I like makes me so happy:)

OH! And several Starbbucks card I go 3 times a week after Curves.

Good luck to you! I hope you do well at this show. Are you going to enter any of the shows in the KY State Fair? You really should. (My mom is Assistant Superintendant of the Plants and Flowers Division of the fair - enough bragging and plugging here!) The Amateur Days show is Aug. 20 and 21, and is a good way to get your feet wet in a bigger show, according to Mom. You have to register by July 1, but of course you don't have to actually enter if you find you have nothing worthy on the day of the show. You can register online and they send the entry tags to you. I have already registered for this year - first time ever for me (Mom finally talked me into trying it)! Here is the link for the info. Good luck at your show Monday! Take pictures of all your blues! Fan-bloody-tastic trader!! I sent my box first and I thought I was doing it good and he out did me. I am such a lucky girl. I am still getting things in the ground. I really enjoyed the information trade too. My cactus collection and drought tolerant plants collection have just grown immensely . I would trade any day in a drop of a hat. I am so fortunate to have a great sewing space. Standing in the door and looking counter clockwise: My fabric wall with a corner of my frame. My frame in front of the shelves of books and supplies. Under the frame are 3 drawer containers containing my flour/feed sacks, cut up jeans and other "specialty fabrics". on the left is my BIG ironing board DH made me. Under it are 3 drawer containers with squares, strips and I-spy blocks. On the right where the clock is will eventually be my design wall. This shows the sewing and cutting tables DH made me. Also cabinets with other machines, and the bookcase with my quilting books. Then the corner with my computer, treadle, batting, dog's bed, and other stuff that doesn't have a home. beverly

My son is very good at electrical problems (which was good when the control panel went out in my furnace in the dead of winter) but mechanical problems with vehicles is not his strongpoint. He lost his dad at 7 years old and had no one to mentor him on vehicle maintenance.

When I reread my post I felt it made me seem materialistic.
I hope not??? If folks are going to buy gifts for me I am thankful that they know me so well that they got what I love:)

This is my first Coach purse~~I almost felt like sleeping with it, it is so soft!
