I had a bit more leftover turkey to use up so made quisadillas. We had them just last week, but they are so good! LOL

Jasdip, I posted it this morning on the "I'll Share" thread. I did it a little different because I didn't have any diced tomatoes so I used 16 oz. of tomato sauce. Didn't have steak sauce (A-1) either. It made a nice gravy for the rice and sure was easy.

Turkey and noodles, small bowl of cranberry beans, and some cottage cheese.

A cup of chili from Steak and Shake and a pint of milk.

It was in the 70's here today. Mike is going to make hamburgers on the grill. We will also have baked beans with them.

Spagetti with veg/meat sauce. We put in red bell peppers, lots of onion and mushrooms. Have it over spagetti squash and regular pasta mixed.

Salad or other kinda of vegetable with it. sourdough bread

Freezing cold here all day, tonight had grits, eggs, ham, and homemade biscuits. Had a very light lunch, so that was perfect for us tonight.

I put a pot roast in the oven with red potatoes, baby carrots and onion. Having that with the brown gravy it made and rice.

I made one of those cold veggie pizzas... the crust made of refrigerated crescent rolls, then a layer or a mix of cream cheese and ranch veggie dip plus some dill weed and garlic, topped with chopped carrots, radish, broccoli, cauliflower, and green onions! It was yummy. Haven't had one for several years and have never made on myself before but had leftover rolls of crescent rolls in the fridge and lots of veggies on hand!
