Thanks everyone - it really was a fun experience. The recipe is good, but like any card carrying CFer, I would probably tweak it just a bit LOL! I actually think it would be even better with salmon chunks, sprinkled with fresh dill and served with plain couscous and a salad.... but I'm not sure that would appeal to the RR audience LOLOLOL! I was one of the people who said she was over-exposed and getting on my nerves. But, with that said I still say good for her. If you compare...oh...Britney or Paris...Rachel is a good person who contributes SOMETHING to the celebrity world. And reading that she is 39 years old..yikes...I would have thought much younger...so I guess that might be aging me....and she might not be perfect...but I think if we hung out I would really like her as a person. And she CAN cook....homespun stuff, but that would be just fine by me. Go Rachel! Duane

This didn't do it for me. I know, I know, I didn't make the biscuits, but still...it didn't have much flavor. I used Imagine Chicken Stock too and fresh thyme. I should go back and look at y'all's chicken and dumpling recipes. Also, I tried the frozen Reames noodles for the first time and they suck. I've tried the ones Harper recommended--the das Klausman ones or whatever and those are the best so far. Had them twice now.
