ebay dilemma

I bought a pair of new shoes on ebay, and they weren't cheap. They are a size 10, which I have never ever had a hard time fitting into. The seller did say no returns. Well, the shoes don't fit. They not only don't fit just a little, they don't fit a lot! The shoes are beautiful, and I would keep them in a heartbeat if they fit. None of my family have big feet like me, otherwise I would give them as a Christmas gift. So, I emailed the seller telling her the shoes did not fit and would she take them back. She said no, so I am stuck with a pair of size 10 Chloe shoes that don't fit. My dilemma is feedback. I am kind of irritated that the shoes ran sooooo small, I feel that should have been in the description and I wouldn't have bought them. On the other hand, they were received as stated and I feel I should give postiive feedback, but I am really irritated by the whole thing. What would you do?
