kathi_mdgd ... when you go to your MyPage, it takes you to your Member Page where you can see what you've written. Down at the bottom of the screen is a greenish-gold bar and one of the sections says Member Pages. Click that. You should be at a screen that says Welcome kathi_mdgd! Now there's a list of things you can do. The 2nd choice is: Edit Personal Information, Page and Preferences. That's the one you want. Be sure to press the Save Your Member Profile button at the bottom when you're finished with your updates.

My DH has always been of some help to me when he was home.We were career military,so most times it was the kids and i.We're retired now and empty nesters and he's changed a lot,and more so these last couple of years.He's learned how to cook and does most of it.Thank you cooking shows!!! These past 5 months he's taken over pretty much everything,as i had a total knee replacement,and then when i was just about done with that healing and therapy,i got hit with Breast Cancer,so now he's nursing me through that and still doing most everything here at the house,including cooking,laundry,the yard & gardens,grocery shopping etc,etc.He also makes sure i don't run out of ice cream,it's medicinal ya know. This year is the first time in 50 years that he actually had to help me get in and out of the shower after my knee surgery.Then after my mastectomy he had to help me again with taking care of the incision,and at first i didn't even want him to see it,because to me it's ugly,and i told him and the dr that. They both convinced me(didn't take long) that it was my life or a scar and i opted for the scar.They were/are right!!! He's definately a keeper. Kathi

13 years ago I was a widower with 5 kids. On the highway of life my family was a car missing a wheel. Sue (Bigbaby) made us complete once again.

With the kids at Aarons wedding in October.

Thanks again for all the good wishes.
We went out for Mexican food this evening. Too bad it's mediocre at best here in Minnesota. Tomorrow we leave for Galveston to spend Christmas with Sues family. I hope Leos is still open after hurricane Ike. I could go for a riblet plate.

It's good to hear that you celebrated your special day together, and that you will have a nice vacation.

(I've got a sneaking suspicion that, along with ribs, the Mexican food in Texas will be to your liking.)
