I'm not a chocoholic so I usually don't eat chocolate at all. However, my niece made a delicious chocolate bread pudding with bourbon sauce which I thoroughly enjoyed.

This year the only chocolate I had were chocolate martinis. :-)

Just sauce because we always simmer chicken breasts in the sauce and serve it with little cubes of mozarella cheese over angel hair pasta. Sounds like a great idea for dinner tonight, in fact. Thanks for the nudge, Sandy!

Both. I enjoy the hype during the game but don't necessarily watch all the hours and hours of pregame stuff. I do enjoy most of the commercials because they show a lot of creativity. For years we couldn't get the ads, only local ads by a car dealership that recently went into receivership - I think DH put a curse on them! But now we get the ads through the digital feed from Detroit.

Eating lunch with my special needs sister at the Home. And listening to her tell everyone at the table what all was in her Easter 'bag'......(this bunny has learned it's easier than a basket). When we buy her clothes for her birthday and Christmas, we prewash so she can wear right away. The Easter Bunny and Santa doesn't do that, so her clothes were in their Blair pkgs. She was so excited to tell me that the Easter Bunny brought her BRAND NEW clothes. Hmmm, wonder if she thinks the others are hand me downs! lol Shirley

I didn't eat any chocolate over the holidays, but I usually like to make chocolate fudge this time of the year.

I got this recipe from here...sorry, can't remember who! "/ OH MY GOSH are they good! I made alot of things with chocolate this year...but these were by FAR my favorite!

"S&S TREATS" (sweet 'n salty)

1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 10.5oz. bag Fritos (or pretzels) I used pretzels
10 Hershey bars 1.55oz. size
Grease a 9x13 baking pan and pour the Fritos (or pretzels) into the bottom of the pan.
Boil the corn syrup and sugar over medium heat. After they come to a boil, stir in the peanut butter. Pour the hot mixture evenly over the pretzels or
Fritos.

Layer the Hershey bars** on top of the hot mixture and spread chocolate as it melts. Cool and cut in squares or break up.
(I find that if I put the pan in the fridge to harden the chocolate and cool the mixture, it cuts better and sets the chocolate.) This is really good... my family & friends love it.

**NOTE: Sometimes I place the choc bars on a plate & nuke 3-5 seconds, to soften them for faster spreading.

I enjoyed a mallow log I made. Haven't made it in years. It's just butter and chocolate chips melted, then miniature marshmallows and chopped nuts mixed in, turned out on greased and powdered sugar coated waxed paper, shaped into a log, coated with more powdered sugar, rolled and refrigerated until set, then cut into slices. If using colored marshmallows, they are called stained glass windows.

Not a huge fan of sweets, but I did enjoy some cookies I made with choc chip cookie recipe and added chopped Heath bars. yummmmmmmm

Had way too much chocolate, but the top one was a Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie last night. Oh, my goodness, was that decadent!

I bought a very small box of Russell Stover's chocolates. I think it had 8 pieces in it. Not as good as the See's I am used to.
