They said we were no-shows.

Hubs and I go to the clinic, monthly for B12 shots. Each appt has to be 1 month and a day after the last for insurance to pay. Our shots in Oct were on the 12th. So on Nov 10th I called and got our appts for yesterday, the 14th. We showed up and the lady, busy checking on her computer said our appt had been on the 10th, and we had been no-shows and got a short lecture about how they don't tolerate no-shows. I tried to explain that because of the insurance, we weren't even eligible to get the shots that early. So another appt was made for next Monday, again with a lecture. The more I thought about it yesterday aft noon, the madder I got, so I called the business office and explained what happened, and said I was quite offended about the treatment. I did get an apology and said they will correct our records, as as a known no-show, each appt we make, we would get several reminder phone calls and a letter. I;m not steaming today, but when your right...your right.
