You still get the best electronics from Radio Shack batteries, cell phones, all the neatist toys in the store and at www.radioshack.com the online cataloge. I just wish they had better customer sevice and a technical help department. Sometimes it is like pulling teeth to get information about a Radio Shack brand product. The clerks in the store are practically useless unless you are buying from them. I think all they care about is their commission, not customer satisfaction. with Circut City filing Chapter 11 protection, hopefully Radio shack will see the light and step up to customer satisfaction again. There is alway Best Buy to turn to.
