Always in red on Thursday you will find me. I have been hiding at a friends in east Texas all week, so I couldn't sign on until now.... If I am not wrong, I think that a lot of the chemo liquid is red....true? I know my sisters was, and that is why I wear it proudly for all the gals dealing with cancer and other issues. No matter what, red is my color for Thursdays for all the girls. Trin

In answer to the questions, wearing Red on Thursday was just something that Moni asked everyone here at the KT to do because so many were fighting Cancer. The color is not what is important really, just that on Thursday everyone here at the KT that chooses to, wears red as a reminder and a way of sending good wishes to those battling cancer...... Thank you all for remembering. I will tell you all that in August it will be 3 years since my lung cancer surgery and yesterday my Oncologist told me that there was no change from my previous MRI and that the MRI showed no sign of the disease..........Yes! and thanks for remembering to wear Red.

Well, we may have a difference of opinion there, Jasdip. But, it is nice to know that not only will there be hundreds of police from across the country there, in addition to Premier Prentice, Prime Minister Harper will be in attendance as well, to pay his respects. Too many of our young men in the RCMP and Canadian Forces have died on home soil this year at the hands of "idiots". I would like to call them what I really think, but I would be lowering myself to their level. My heart goes out to the families, and I would like to say to them, "You gave all and all I can do in return is say Thank You. God Bless."
