Hi to all my Friends!!

Good Morning my Friends it has been a long while since I have stuck my head in the room to say howdy to all my friends here.

We are getting ready to move back to ILL so I am busy packing and trying to get our farm sold here.

Hubby is hanging in there but has some health problems so we need to get closer to home and be by our kids.

I saw so many good people on the post for MaryAnnTx I just had to say hello to you all...I will try and stay in closer contact now.

Let me know how each one of you are doing I have missed this place it was always a fun part of my day love and hugs for you all imabest

I saw your post on the facebook page and was going to drop you a note..... it's great to hear from you! I think of you so often :) I'm moving too so there will be no visiting in this backyard....I would have loved that! Good luck with your move and say hello to your dear hubby. Take good care my friend...

Hey, girl, good to hear from you! I admire your bravery on the orchid. With the great advice I know is available on GW, the actual caring for it is no longer intimidating to me, but I have yet to see one that looks like it could make the trip home. They just look SOOOO fragile and delicate. I'd say the hard part's over for you, especially since you were already NOT killing the one you had before. Good luck!

Scott! Welcome back! Yes, I missed you too. Having said that, I'll be very busy myself this summer - we bought an old house that needs fixing (for youngest DD and fam to live in). Hey Mark, I usually just let the bananas unfurl by them selves. So far the plants you gave me are doing well and I have little seedlings of the tomatoes too. :o) Glad your garden is growing well.

hello everyone. weather is very intense today/tonight. shirley, sure hope you are not in this storms path. carol, i sent those mold things (kind of like a joke, but they are useful), becase a while back you actually had mold and weren't sure how to test it...remember? not on your feet though, as i recall. happiest of birthdays to beth and tina. beth, are you getting hit with this weather as well? not sure what part of MD you are in. we only have one state separating us...one of these days, it would be nice to meet. wow amy - 5 boys. GOD BLESS YOU! i spent some real quality time with "my baby" today. she's so yummy. my heart can't get enough of her. oh well, dogs are going crazy with the rain and wind...be back later . have a safe weekend all, stay dry! maryanne i sent marsha her hostess gift too, but haven't heard weather she received it. sue/squazon - i certainly enjoyed reading above ava and can hear the pride even in your type. thanks for sharing. theresa, i'm happy with whatever you decide to send me. i'll leave it to you and appreciate whatever you decide to send.

Really good to hear from you again, stranger.

Sorry that your husband has health problems and I hope that your closing out of your current situation and your move all go smoothly.

Also that both of you can continue to be in as good health as possible, given the circumstances.

I had a clot in the lung just over a year ago, and apart from slight pain and some discomfort for part of a day, have been able to continue my life pretty well as before, since then ... so I am a very thankful man.

Patti you dont know how many times I think of your back yard and ebay LOL How is your Mom and Dad doing??
Lydia I think of you and your antiques love to see the pics y ou posted of your things...
Joyfulguy you sound like you have had some problems but I know you are full of info and a lot of faith that what it takes now days my best wishes for you also..

HI Kathy....so good to hear from you...sorry to hear your husband isn't doing real good. I think it is a smart move to be by your kids...but I'll bet it's hard to leave that place.

Our place gets harder and harder for Denny to take care of.

We have a young man at church who comes out all the time to help Denny. They've become good friends..
They come out and play card games or dice games with us quite often. They are much younger than us but I've never fit with my own age group...I'm too imature...hehe

I sure hope when things slow down you will come here more often...we miss you.

Imabest, yes still nursing. Kids are doing good. Alex is in his second year of college. Lauren is in her second year of high school.

Hope your move goes smoothly. I always hate moving, not necessarily going to a new place but the hassle of moving all that stuff. Hope you keep in touch with us after the move.

Hi! I've been wondering where you had run off to! Don't know if you remember that we bought an RV. We are out having fun for a week or two. Damien is 8 now, and playing soccor coached by his mom. He also played baseball and likes that better than soccor. Please don't be such a stranger to the table! I have the Christmas card exchange up and running. Please join us!
