What's for breakfast?

My usual breakfast (not always) is a green drink, pulverized not juiced. This morning, it consisted of a couple of handfuls of baby spinach /kale /arugula, a small apple, blueberries, frozen mixed fruit pieces, ground flax seed, chia seeds, greek yogurt, protein powder and water. Oh, a slice of lemon for zing!

I have these green 'sludgies ', which just happen to be delicious, most mornings. When I don't, it's because I'm wanting something crunchy like cereal (rarely) or eggs.

I'm leaving for a mani/pedi appointment soon so my sludgie felt perfect!
