Team charades? Three teams of five. Each team will act out a movie while the other teams guess. Use child friendly movie titles from Disney and Pixar.

a variation on a baby shower game....
freeze small plastic rings in ice cubes. The game is to thaw your ice cube without crunching it with your teeth. Technically, there is a winner because someone will do it first, but everyone gets the ring (or whatever toy you use) in the end.

At baby showers, I've seen this done with small plastic babies. People suck on them, blow on them, and rub them with their hands to get the ice to melt faster.

Since the ages vary and you only have an hour, you could make slips of paper with questions on them. Things like "What's your favorite dessert?" or "What's your favorite color?". Let each child have a turn picking a slip and answering and then ask all the other children how they would answer. That could actually take all day with 15 kids. No prizes needed. Just sharing.

Scavenger hunt in your yard or house. The kids could be divided into 2 or 3 teams.

Here's another one where kids can be divided into small groups.

Marshmallow Towers
Hand out a set amount of toothpicks and marshmallows, maybe 20 and 15, to each team and or individual.

Divide the guests into equal groups or pit individuals against each other. Each group should be given toothpicks and mini marshmallows. Inform them they have a set amount of time should be given (we suggest 5 minutes) and must build the tallest tower possible out of only the toothpicks and marshmallows given.

I have a good easy one! Get a couple rolls of streamers. Have the girls divide into teams maybe 4 on each team. One girl is the "model" the other 3 have 5 minutes or so to make her a Dress or Outfit with the streamers. Then can wrap or drape it around her body. Have a fashion show with the finished results. This can also be done with toliet paper rolls if you don't have streamers.

If you want, one kid or parent can be a judge? Afterwards, the kids can decorate the judge if they want!

You could also "bob" for apples or is that too Halloweenie?

how about a treasure hunt? divide the yard for older kids and front of house for the little kids...for each item found, a nickle, or?? hide sticky notes, easter eggs, any small thing that can be found...or how about puzzle pieces?

When I was a Scout leader, we used to play a game which we called Mummy. The kids were divided up into teams of at least 3 each and given a roll of toilet paper to wrap up one member of the team like a standing mummy. The first team to finish wrapping, tucking in the last bit of TP, was the winner. Then help the mummies break out of their wraps.

(Make sure they are on the grass or in a safe place in case the mummy topples over. Have the mummies spread their feet out a little for balance.)

One game DD liked was to divide the group into teams of about 5 per team. They all stand in a line, with the lead team member facing a finish line an arbitrary distance away and all the other team members standing one behind the other (but not too close). The lead person of each team has a roll of TP. At "Go!" the lead person holds the end of the TP but passes the roll back over his/her shoulder to the person behind, who passes it over his/her shoulder, etc, unrolling the TP as it goes. The back person on the team passes the TP between his/her legs to the person in front, who passes it through his/her legs to the next person, still unrolling the TP. When it gets back to the front it goes back over the shoulders and comes up between the legs, effectively joining the team together in one giant loop of TP. Keep passing the TP until it runs out. As soon as it does run out, the team has to run together over the finish line without breaking the TP. Lots of laughs here :-)

Just remembered another one that cracked up DD and her friends, "Poor Kitty". Everyone sits in a circle, with one person in the center being the "Kitty". "Kitty" has to go around the circle on hands and knees pretending to be a cat, and each person has to take a turn petting the "Kitty" 's head while saying, "Poor Kitty" without laughing. If you laugh you're out. It's a game of elimination. DH would be the "Kitty" and DD's friends all thought it was hysterical to see Dad crawling around meowing and looking piteous :-)
