Olay bar soap

does anyone of you use this soap and does it leave sparkles on your skin? I just started using it and have sparkles all over my body...

I always use body wash, but if Olay bar will make me sparkle, honey I'm switching! :)

Just give me Palmolive!
THEN, my honeysuckle body cream by Bath and Body Works, I think that's the name.

Well, we personally did not seal it, but we understood from the contractor who installed it that it was sealed. I guess we need to clarify that again.

I have three bars of soap in the closet that I'll most likely end up tossing. They are probably 6 years old. Liquid soap everywhere. As to why I like the liquid, I feel it is less messy. No gooky gunk to clean off the soap dish and nothing is uglier IMHO than a dying sliver of soap. And I've seen some ugly ones - men especially won't bother rinsing the bar and it lays there with gray streaks of dirt.

I use Dove bar soap, I personally think for me it is an unnecessary waste to use body wash. I use way to much of it. Dove is well known for washing off the body easy and leaves no ring in the tub if you are a bather. For those of you concerned about our environment, Beware of anti bacterial products. Dial anti bacteria, Dial Gold in particular has triclosan in it, a chemical in it that is highly controversial. After 30 years it is in our drinking water, rivers and as a result is in our bodies. I have a scalp problem and used dial gold as a shampoo and it put a halt to the itching, but didn't cure the problem. I quit using it when this came out in our paper. I did some Googling and found that the body wash with ribbons has "luminous brighteners" that are suppose to brighten your skin.Several people said it made their skin "sparkle".Maybe they made a mistake and added it to the bars too? LOL

My DH and I both use Olay and no sparkles...for sure DH wouldn't use it if he sparkled.

Woody accidently bought the Dove with exfoliating scrubbers in it, it's like a gentler version of LAVA, lol. No sparkles, just grit! I use Mary Kay on my face, though.

I should have said , when you're in the sunlight or very bright light you see the sparkles.Check it out all Olay users lol

I just called Olay and they tell me it's the mica in their soap that causes sparkles so there i'm not crazy...lol

Reminds me of the joke about the lady that washed "down there" in a rush before a gynocologist appointment and grabbed wash cloth that her daughter uses....it had glitter on it...hahahaaaa! Be careful where you wash with it! LOL...
