Yup. fried, stuffed....and good old Campbell's cream of mushroom soup on a cold, wet day.

Love them! Raw in salads, fried up with onions, on chicken kabobs grilled on the BBQ, in casseroles, on pizza. Yummy!!

Not really. I can eat them if they're in something, but given a choice, I'll avoid them (they taste like dirt to me). But as DH says, mushrooms LOVE me. I've won a number of mushroom recipe cook-offs in my time. You don't have to love something, apparently, to create a recipe others will love.

Dislike them and will not eat 'em! Don't like the taste.

Love morels! Hate mushroom soup. Like other mushrooms too.

Sue

Love morels too. None other. The soup is like paste.

I love mushrooms, but DH doesn't. I seldom eat them, just because I'm the only one who would eat them.
I do use mushroom soup in my scalloped potatoes, but strain the mushrooms out first. DH does love my sc. potatoes.

I like them in chicken soup.

Yes

we get the portabella caps and bbq them...

I love them every way you can eat them! I love all mushrooms, but fresh Morels, picked yourself and dipped in egg, rolled in cracker crumbs, and fried in butter are an all time favorite!

I haven't eaten all that many types but I can take them or leave them but if I had to pick them out in a selection....I wouldn't....

I like them raw on salads, sauteed, as ingredients in favorite recipes.

Shirley

NO, I won't eat them and never have.

I like them in small amounts in cooked dishes or a few stuffed ones, I wouldn't like them if I ate them in a bowl by themselves.

Azzalea - my DH thinks green olives taste like dirt!

Love mushrooms! Yum!

Love them in soup, on pizza, in omeletes, on salads, in my spaghetti sauce (atlthough, I had to stop putting them in because Alex hates them), etc...Love morels too, haven't had one in years.

Yes we do! And there is mushroom farm right down the road from us - their label is "Moonlight Mushrooms".

"Creekside is the world's largest mushroom growing facility and the only underground mushroom farm in the United States. Creekside is also recognized for its size in the Guinness Book of World Records."

I've loved them for years, anyway you can get them, but just 2 weeks ago, went to a Chinese buffet and got food poisoning from eating stuffed mushrooms.....But, I'll be back to eating them in awhile.....

I love them. Any kind and any way!

One of the few things I hated as a child but like now. I think it was those canned mushrooms I didn't like. Now I like them raw or cooked......

Nope ,i hate them.I like the flavor of cream of mushroom soup in cooking, but i have to pick out the mushroms. Can't stand that texture, gag city.JMO

Love them! In fact, I had a mushroom sandwich for dinner...sauteed portabella mushrooms with puprle onions. I put a bit of goat cheese on the bread, piled on the mushrooms and onions...simple and heavenly!

I love mushrooms, especially portobellos marinated and grilled on the BBQ and shitakes in quick fry dishes. I do not like them raw or canned.

hounds recipe sounds good -- I think I'll try a 'shroom burger!

The mushroom soup at the Safeway deli is pretty good, but very high in calories and salt.

Love them...especially fried with horseradish sauce or sauteed with onions and eaten on pasta with lots of parmesean cheese.

I without a doubt detest mushrooms, will not eat anything that has mushrooms in it. When we go out to dinner, I make sure there are no mushrooms anywhere near my food. Feel the same way about chicken. I will tell the server that I am allergic to these foods. That way I am pretty sure that it won't end up in my food.
