I haven't cause I don't have anyone to cook for, BUT friend of mine made Pioneer Woman's onion strings and her whole family LOVED THEM!

Stacy the brisket is "to die for"!! DH and I both thought it was excellent. And if I didn't call it Chicken Spaghetti then DH would have liked that one better lol. We both liked it he just didn't like the name.....talk about picky........sigh! lol.

I made the Olive Bread. It was delicious... but I'm pretty sure it wasn't okay for my diet. :-)

Made the Olive/cheese bread many times and now trying to figure out how much garlic I can put in it to make Garlic Olive Cheese bread! LOL Haven't got it yet though.
try Marlboro Mans favorite sandwich. DH and DS like it lots. Gosh I know there is more Ive made, but can't think of what!
Oh the crash potatoes are pretty good.
There is another sandwich I want to make with chicken breasts and bacon and cheese is it? DH will rarely eat chicken tho and I have so many chicken recipes I want to try!

I love Chicken too Noda...dh not so much...I could eat it every night....now I am mad at Ms Glenda though cuz I don't see me going to sleep anytime soon and I have been getting up at 5:15 with Brian! Stacy

I was a cook in a restaurant for years so I no longer like to cook. Come to think of it, I don't like to do dishes, to clean or vacuum and I definitely don't like to do laundry or wash the car. Guess I don't like to do much of anything these days! LOL

I've been reading Rees blog for a long time. The "Bacon wrapped Jalapeno Pepper Thingies"are awesome! I have made them twice with jalapenos from my garden this Summer. I make them and we just can't stop eating them. We also like the onion straws.

ROFLOL at Moonie...You sound alot like me. "Guess I don't like to do much of anything these days!" I think that is what they call Retirement. LOL. (;-)

I've made the olive cheese bread and agree with Nodakgal, it needs garlic. We didn't care for Marlboro Man's favorite sandwich, but I think it'd be good if you dredge the beef in flour before cooking. We made the enchiladas and they were really good. I sure made a mess in my kitchen, though.

There are many I want to try--especially the prune cake. It looks delicious!

and a variation of the Baked Lemon Pasta. I make the sauce and put it over either rotini or bowtie pasta instead of spaghetti and I don't bake it. The sauce is very good and could be used any number of ways. I tossed in some cut up chicken tenders and frozen peas one time and it made a great meal. I just cooked the chicken and peas in the oil & butter before adding the other ingredients for the sauce.

I plan to try the fried zucchini strings tonight.

thanks guys....I love finding new recipes espically when I am on the road with dh and I get sooo bored I love to cook....my sissy makes the jalepnos (sp) all the time....I never have but brought 2 of our pepper plants from the garden dh planted at home and going to make them this next week.....Stacy
