Yes my ring fingers are longer. And for the past year my knees have been paining a lot. It's not arthritis, I don't think, because I think I have arthritis in some of my fingers and that is a different type of pain.

It could possibly be arthritis, Casey. My knees don't ache and aren't stiff like my friends tell me their hands feel with arthritis. The pain is much sharper.

They look the same length to me. I already have arthritis in my spine, but maybe my knees will be spared!

My ring fingers are longer than my index fingers and I, too, have joint pain in my knees. But then again, I'm finding there's joint pain in other places, too ;o(

Very interesting. My ring finger is a lot longer than my index finger...but then, I thought everyone's was. And, I do have very bad knees...as does everyone else in my family.

Index finger quite a bit longer than my ring finger....I can just imagine hundreds of people sittin' in front of their computers checkin' out the length of their fingers!! LOL

Mine look the same length, but I have a touch of arthritis in my right thumb. I come by it naturally, Mom and Grandma both had arthritic hands.

Yes, my ring finger is longer on my right hand but not my left. Funny, my bum knee is the left knee, but due to an old injury.

My ring fingers are just a tiny bit shorter than my index fingers. And both my knees are bad, but I would attribute that to my being over weight.

My ring fingers are 3/4 of an inch shorter (I measured LOL) than the index fingers.I have bad knees also,but I'm probably in the same boat with Leslie.I can't say that I have ever seen anyone with ring fingers longer than their index finger!LOL I have arthritis in my left thumb joint too.

Depends on which way I look at them. If I have the backs of my hands towards my face, yes the ring finger is slightly longer, but if I have the palms facing me, they are the same length. No trouble with my knees.

My ring fingers are about the same as my index , maybe just a teeny tiny bit shorter ,but hard to tell.

My knees are holding up pretty good...Which amazes me with the weight they have to carry. It's my feet that suffer.

My index and ring fingers are the same size. I guess no one informed my knees or my spine or my thumbs for that matter!

My ring fingers are longer. no arthritis yet but... Rheumatoid Arthritis runs VERY strong in my family and according to my PCP I have an unusually high probability of developing it because I have auto-immune anemia.

Now, you know I will be checking my family's fingers next time I am in Atlanta. Comparing the half of my dad's family with arthritis with my mom's half that doesn't! LOL

My index and ring fingers are both the same size...no trouble with my knees at all.

Yes, my ring fingers are loner than my index fingers. I have arthritis in both knees.

My index fingers are just barely longer. DH's are shorter. He has early signs of arthritis. I don't.

I can't decide which are longer. If I'm looking at the backs of my hands, my ring fingers definitely look longer, but when I look at my palms, my index fingers look a good bit longer.

LOL I had to look at both hands and check, having never given it any thought. My ring fingers and index on both hands are the "same" length. Osteoarthritis usually sets in in weakened areas and prior to having my hips totally rebuilt with bone from the bonebank, I did have arthritis. I don't know if any still exists or not, as I am not in any pain.
