Maybe this wasn't such a great idea after all!

I posted last week about not having any energy during this heat to do much of anything.

It occurs to me just yesterday that it wasn't just the heat making me feel puny--I'm going through caffeine withdrawal! Because I don't get a good night's sleep with a pup in the house and neighbors who want to neighborly by chatting with each other right outside my bedroom window in the morning, every morning I'd have something caffeinated -- soda, iced tea, but no coffee cuz I've never liked it.

It's been about a week. I thought my headaches were just heat-related (and not eating right--never want to cook when it's hot out). A little Web research is a good thing -- Now I understand what's REALLY causing the headaches, lack of energy, just wanting to sleep, grumpiness, a few body aches (but the a/c is on a lot, so that's a symptom of my bones just getting too cold).

Have you gone through caffeine withdrawal?

I'm not sure what's worse -- having the jitters, sleeplessness and such by consuming too much caffeine, or going through withdrawal!
