I made this to go with our fish last night. Next time I'll add a little jalapeno, but I liked it because it didn't have a strong lime taste.

MANGO-AVOCADO SALSA (Julie Fagan)

3 Roma tomatoes, chopped (about 1 cup)

1 mango, peeled and sliced (about 1 cup)

2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, finely chopped

1 avocado, peeled and sliced

1 tsp. lime juice

1/8 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to distribute flavors. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow flavors to set. Serve on top of fish, with tortilla chips or as a side dish with your favorite meal.
