'Nother lowly fly. It is one of thousands that are in constant motion swarming this Hydrangea 'Quick Fire' shrub. Along with the flies are ants and a variety of bee and beetle types.

We had no rain Saturday and Sunday was rain free till late afternoon! Yahoo! Took Donna Pacer to a mega car cruise at the county airport. Besides all the cars, rides could be had in a 1928 Ford Tri Motor airplane. On it's own it drew a large crowd. A perfect day for a cruise. The Tri motor as it flew over our house 10 miles north of the airport. On Sunday we took Donna Pacer out for breakfast 70 miles north to Meadville and the Cracker Barrel. Donna loved this 1932 Packard in the parking lot.

Just came in from surveying. Trying to decide if burgundy and bigger or smaller and white is better with the yellow zinnias. Not that a phone camera will do them justice. All flowers are awesome.

To: lgmd_gaz Beautiful shot of a butterfly. Most of those do not stay still long enough to get a good shot. If my memory serves me correctly, that's a Tiger Swallow Tail. Sadly, those a are scarce in my location, and have become less seen in my boyhood location. Back in my high school days, I had had one of those in my lepidoptera collection for science project.
