I kinda thought this course had run. I thought with Michael Jackson being the only news topic for the last month, they would drop off the radar. Looks like Jon is on the cover of People this week with the GF in France. So the soap opera continues. I guess taping soon resumes.

I saw the magazine at the airport; If Jon had half a brain, you would have thought he would have been more discreet instead of flaunting his affair.
It just shows what kind of guy he is, imo. No one gets of the cover of People against their will.

Well now he's canoodling with a Star reporter. They are hanging out in the Hamptons. What an idiot. He's such an easy mark, I don't have to wonder why the ladies are falling all over him. I hope he thanks Kate for all this - without the money he wouldn't even be able to land a lady in a womens prison.

I have an online friend (you know someone I met face to face a few times-we have kids in common) Anyhoo...she belongs to the same church as the family. According to Susie (yes we are both Susie's LOL) they are both incredibly kind and loving people who are all about their kids. In my opinion I do think Kate is a little rough with her way of speaking but I look at like this...I have NO idea what it must be like to walk in her shoes so I cannot pass judgement. There are many blogs out there ripping her a new one so to speak...in fact I read a blog about TLC buying them a home in North Carolina which as we now know is totally false. Susie said they moved closer to their church and in fact closer to her. To me it seems like Kate is a perfectionist. Everything has to be her way or the highway. Jon seems like a happy go lucky kinda guy who just rolls with the punches...so perhaps its a match made in heaven. It took her 4 hours to clean the moldy fridge?? Heck I would have sprayed the whole thing with tilex and came back later to wipe it down and called it a day...it would have been good enough for me LOL!! The kids are very cute! How lucky they didn't have any problems being high order multiples. They all seem happy and well adjusted albeit small for their age. The older kids seem like brats but my kids were kinda bratty at that age too and they turned out pretty cool. AS for the new house, well they bought it, not tlc and it was a forecloser. They got a great deal on it says my friend who also added the kids are finacially set and the family is living off the book deals. They travel in exchange for publicity but most of the product donations have stopped. My guess is they know they can't ride this gravy train much longer so they are getting the most bang for their buck while they still can. I hope they have a show or special in about 10 years or so when all the little ones will be driving and the older ones go off to college...that one I will be taping!! Cheers! Susie

WOW! Where did you see them together when he was sloshed? Oh, wait... nevermind. Of course US magazine and Fox know the true score, don't they... all such reputable on-the-scene news businesses. I just don't understand the glee some people take in this rumor-mongering. Maybe it makes some people's lives look much better in comparison? I watch the show, but I watch because of the kids, the funny things they do and say. Anything more is none of my business.

I hope it's true for Kate's sake. He's a weak man and I believe she would be much less angry if she had a real man as a partner in life. If this is true, that he is cheating with a 23-year old, it just proves this to me even more. Even 8 kids couldn't make him grow up. I can certainly understand if he doesn't want to live with Kate anymore but man up and leave her first before cheating. How dumb can he be to think he could get away with cheating on her when they are in the public eye? Their marriage was going to end eventually anyway so I think she was probably right to go ahead and get set up for life before it did. When these kids first arrived, Jon lost his job, way before the economy collapsed. I think she realized then that she had to take charge of the family (he didn't seem capable of handling the household while she went to work outside of the home). And no darn way would he be getting any 23-year olds these days without the publicity he got from the show (instigated by Kate), by being in decent shape (instigated by Kate) and the hair transplants (instigated by Kate). He will be lost without someone to take care of him.

I've watched this show from day one and looked forward to seeing it on Monday nights. I know Kate is an Aries and always wondered what Jon is. I liked them both. Maddy is a kid, being herself and allowed to be. In a different household I could sure imagine that being beat, starved or whatever, out of her. I wonder what happened that finally forced Jon to stand up to the force that is Kate? Which one cheated first? In my experience there's always someone else in the wings waiting when someone like Jon does such a turn around. Their last show when they sat apart and told their stories was very sad for me to watch. So tell me, what sign is Jon born under? Pisces, maybe?

but what about the $$$ apt? where'd that come from? i was sick when i saw the ad with the original gf falling down from drugs...not a good way to keep joint custody...

Ya, I thought that, too, Zee - the new shows start taping soon and it sounds like fodder for ratings. I can't imagine anyone would want him for his personality - DRY!

And I used to feel sorry for him, especially when Kate would belittle him on air, BUT, no more...He's a #1 jerk....He sure is setting a great example for the kids....I don't really care for Kate and her ways, but she'll be fine....

Hmmm. Wasn't it Jon who hated the reporters? And from what I saw the GF did all the talking. So what's new for Jon?

He is such a JERK! Juggling two girlfriends now...ARGGHHHH! Does he even THINK about what kind of example this is setting for his children? He just exudes sliminess. I have no clue why any woman would want him.

CNN just reported that his latest girlfriend, also named Kate, just got fired from her job for messing with him!! LOL

Correction: the 'other' Kate resigned from her job. On radio HLN (I said CNN - wrong station - sorry!) a reporter said she was fired - whatever, here is the story:

I'm really not surprised that he is out and about letting this hair down. He lived too long under Kate's thumb. I wonder if he might be doing some things to spite her. Think? I wouldn't be surprised if he was.
