Prayers need for DN and baby please!

DH's neice is in the hospital. She is approximately 23-24 weeks pregnant. About a week and a half ago, she went in with severe pain, which the dr thought was a gall bladder attack. She is 39. Her high risk OB didn't think so. She was in for 7 days. She got to come home just a couple of days ago. She went back in today. They can only keep her pain at a 2 if she is on an IV. They suspect her liver. They are keeping her one day at a time and watching closely. They may have to take the baby. They are afraid of the liver irrupting. If it does, it's going to be really bad for both her and the baby. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers. We can really use them.

Stacy, I hope they determine what is going on. I remember a while back you showing photos of all Kasey's beautiful kids and commenting on how different Lakota looked from his siblings. Thanks everyone....gosh Heather what you said is what Kasey said on the phone but I can't ever remember or understand everything...thanks soooooo much for explaining it to me! littlebit, we are praying your right. They did move her to another hospital but doctors there didn't give much more hope. Don't know if there are different kinds but they did say it's hereditary and doctors at both hospitals wants the baby tested. Will know more next week. We had a GGS born last year in Dec. and now this year different GD is having this little girl.

Thank you all. I have no new news to report, but will update as I can. This is her first baby, which to me, makes it harder.

Thank you all and please keep them coming! She is still in the hospital, and they may keep her for the next four months, but the prayers are working!!!! They took her off the IV yesterday, pain is back to a 2 and she is HUNGRY! That's a good thing. The dr was worried that the baby hadn't grown in the past week, but she told the dr what do you expect when I haven't eaten hardly anything? In the local hospital, before they transfered her to where her high risk dr is, they were only letting her have broth and jello.

I was so thankful late last night when I got the email with updated info. I knew all the prayers from all of you were helping. Again, thanks and please continue the prayers.
