If you get the high-quality bark, such as orchiata, or a mix that is bagged at a greenhouse, there shouldnt be trouble with mold. Especially when it is mixed with sphag. Besides the anti-fungal properties of the sphag itself, it also wicks moisture away from the bark and out of the center of the pot. If you do notice mold in an orchid mix, you can use hydrogen peroxide to water (the 3% kind) and then keep the mix a little drier (water less).

Skin is the biggest organ in the body and it is a good reflection of the condition of your internal organs. The tissues are taking longer to renew themselves and you begin to lose more and more collagen, thinner tissue layers and ability to hold moisture in your skin. The best you can do is stay out of the sun, try to live a healthy lifestyle, moisturize well(jojoba oil is excellent), think happy thoughts and SMILE.

Good timing. We just got home from Harry's 61st reunion and those 79-year olds looked pretty darned good. And had a great time! Now I'm looking forward to my 50th next year in Indiana. We always have the best time and don't care that much that the guys have no hair and we don't weigh 105 anymore. We're just glad to see one another.

@ken_adrian Adrian MI cold Z5 I had asked about this plant on other platforms as well and people said it's rotten or overwatered and i shouldn't put it in water, so i took it out. There were good roots when i put it back in it's pot. Do you think i should try more water therapy or is it too much stress from constantly repotting. Also i do have one leaf that has started sprouting :).
